Located in a quite area of Klong Maung beach, our modern and spacious apart-hotels are a hidden gem for couples, families, and long term stay guests, who expect a little bit more from their accommodation. Good price for the stay however not a 4 star facility as advertised

Great location and very spacious and clean rooms

Poor wifi, buildings are in disrepair however unit was maintained. Water leaks everywhere including our room. Kitchen is not well appointed with needed cooking items

Good location in a quiet area, 100 meters to the good beach. large, clean, well equipped apartments. Сomfortable large beds. Nearby are restaurants and longtail boats from the beach to the islands. Responsive staff. convenient parking. good choice.

If the price was lower, we probably stay there again, but now it’s just not worth it.

Very big apartament with 2 showers. Perfect swiming pool for kids. We had our garden too. You could rent this apartament just to live there, it has everything, big rooms, lots of wardrobes, shelfs, shower, bath…. Security 24/7.

The apartament is very old, it definatly needs a repair or restoration. Forniture is very used, needs to be changed. Only one function from 3 works in the pool. Outside there are 3 pools, only 1 working. Lots of constructions around. Everything what you see in the pictures is probably taken 10 or more years ago. The area is really nice, but because of lots of emty apartaments no one is really taking care of full area.

Wonderful

Very nice condo style resort with big living and bedrooms, We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment in the building 3. The apartment was clean and spacious. The beach is just few minutes walk from the facility just opposite the road. Nearby the facility there are lot of restaurants, coffee shops..

Overall stay was very good. Special thanks to K. Yousouf, Nat and Mustapha for making our stay enjoyable.

Decent. Nice room, but old partly dormant resort

Room was great. Very spacious and well designed. Even more spacious than expected, it was a whole apartment. Everything was very clean and in good condition in the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

While the room was very new, the resort itself was very old looking, with paint pealing off, parts of the pool area not maintained, with murky water, and a overall impression of a place past it's prime. No breakfast on site, no restaurant no cafe on site, shabby looking privately owned apartments, loose or missing tiles here and there etc. For the price it's ok, but if you're expecting a 4 star resort, you might be disappointed.

Very Good

Everything was great! We stayed in the ocean view room It was a beautiful spacious room with a breathtaking view. Nut and the whole pelican team did a great job of hosting us. The bed, Netflix and Amazon available and swimming pool are highlights. The location is super chill and nice private beaches. Restaurants on the beach on your doorstep.

Some facilities need replacing and seem dated.

A beautiful, peaceful place to stay

The staff were fantastic, as was our room and the facilities. The bed was very comfortable and it was great to have a quiet place to stay.

Great luxerious place to stay

We had a ocean view room for 4 nights with private pool. The rooms are great and spacious. The view is magnificent over the bay and Hong island. At the other side of the road is a great beach and a few good restaurants. Perhaps due to low season, it was very quiet with limited tourist.

The rooms and exterior could use some love and care to make it more perfect. Some maintenance required.

Helpful and friendly staff. Good location.

The facilitet pool looken dirty and the breakfast could have been better. Small flies around the vegetables. We had some issues with the room but we were compensated and the staff did al they could to fix it for us.

Good location, ageing facilities

Friendly staff Good location near beach, roomy units

Several maintenance issues, patch up bandaid jobs to keep the property making money without the millionaire owners spending on essential maintenance. Our pool constantly need attention ( cloudy, stopped flowing, no spa) . We had to prop a chair against our door as latch was faulty, loose tiles in foyer, painting needed, Etc. Didn’t ruin the holiday but you get what you pay for and when these ageing, formerly 5star properties offer cheaper rates it’s general for a good reason

Pool at the roof and at ground. The chef who made eggs at breakfast and nice room

great staff who will go all out to help with anything and with a fantastic location and view

we had the room with a plunge pool and it was fantastic . the staff went all out to help as much as they could ,we arrived 830am and we were in our room 1130 am as they gave us an early check in .

Lovely hotel but not as new as in pictures

Very clean Lunch/dinner we go there was really good (massaman and green curry were delicious) Staff were friendly Location is two minute walk from loads of lovely restaurants and the beach Rooms are really big, clean and comfortable

Breakfast was only okay Place looks a little neglected. Could do with some paint and some new furniture, but this didn't affect our stay. Not enough sun loungers. People get up early to claim a sun lounger with a towel

Moderate resort in small beach area - calm vibe different than Krabi town resorts - great place to get authentic Thai massage on beach

Fantastic Location but in need of more maintainence and care. Breakfast adequate

OK< First impression was WOW!!! The 2 bedroom Condo was incredible in terms of size, and I mean totally HUGE! I could not believe how big it was. far too big for two people. Location perfect for this area, which we lone and have visited many times. the beach is straight across the road where you will find the best beach bars and restaurants, and the most amazing beaches in Krabi. However.......

As it turned out, whilst the first impression was incredible, it didn't take long to begin to notice that this is a failed condominium development taken over by a hotel who looks to be investing best part of bugger all. Many things wrong here, many things not developed.

Peace of paradise

Having read the reviews before traveling , I was expecting it too be bad . Not the case , yes it’s not in tip top condition, yes it needs a cosmetic makeover , this may be due to the decline in tourists This did not have any affect on our stay. Our stay was what we planned for, just to relax. The hotel staff are outstanding, nothing was a problem, we did move rooms during our stay but again the staff dealt with the issue and we enjoyed our stay. The apartments and clean and very spacious, the beds are comfortable and nice linen. We had a lovely 2 bedroom apartment with private pool . The beach was directly across for the hotel and plenty of restaurants. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a base to relax after the many tours and islands that is on offer . Breakfast was all we could ask for there was a selection of hot and cold food , fresh fruit , omelette station was a favorite.

The frosted glass surrounding the private pools looked dirty , this was from the sun so in my opinion you should take it away

Relaxation!!

Location was perfect, just across the road and you have one of the most significant beach for Thailand. Just 10 min by car or long tail boat and you are in busy Ao nang.

The maintenance of the hotell was a little bit poor. This will sadly take down the points on this hotel as it has great potential.
